Jean Harue Ishida is seen above celebrating her 104th birthday, and there were more to come. In January, the late native of La Puente marked 106 years. In a life rich with love and family, she and her husband, Roy, ran a flower business specializing in chrysanthemums, and she enjoyed attending shows in Las Vegas, especially concerts by Mario Lanza, Liberace and Elvis Presley.
