A divisive Warzone feature was expected to arrive on video lucah artis malaysia fazuraVerdansk with the Season 3 Reloaded update, but it’s nowhere to be seen in the announcement blog.

Verdansk finally returned at the start of Season 3, giving fans their first taste of the OG Warzone map since it was removed in 2021. It was virtually identical to the launch version, with most of the iconic POIs and features you’d expect.

This meant that it didn’t benefit from some of the changes that came later in the map’s lifecycle, such as the opening of the Stadium roof and the Train Station. Some of these are coming in the Season 3 Reloaded update, but there’s one feature that seems to be missing.

Rooftop ziplines missing in Warzone Season 3 Reloaded

Verdansk returned without any Exterior Ascenders, vertical ziplines leading up to rooftops that were originally added in MW Season 5. Instead, only the Interior ones were included, meaning you can quickly reach the top of a building if you head inside, but not from the outside.

This has made rooftop camping pretty common in Season 3, as squads can sit on a building with HDRs and only need to worry about a single entry point.

When the map’s comeback was first announced, Exterior Ascenders were promised somewhere between launch and mid-season. Since they haven’t been added yet, all signs pointed towards a Season 3 Reloaded release, sparking fears from some players that they could ‘kill’ the game.

However, when the mid-season blog was released, there was no mention of them whatsoever, suggesting that they’ve been delayed.

Although this doesn’t officially confirm that they won’t be added to the map, given that many other changes were mentioned in detail, it seems unlikely that they’ll be included. No reasons were given for their omission, and the devs didn’t provide a timeline of when we might see them.

The most likely reason is that they needed more time to make sure they’re well-placed and function correctly. There’s also the possibility that they don’t want to tinker with Verdansk too much after the positive response to its return.

The ziplines have been fairly controversial ever since they were introduced, with some players welcoming the opportunity to quickly push rooftop campers, while others feel they make claiming the high ground too little of an advantage.

“Glad to see this if it’s true. Genuinely the pacing and gameplay of Verdansk right now is almost perfect,” said one player after noticing that ziplines were missing, while another disagreed: “It’s boring having snipers on rooftops with blast traps on the only way up.”

Of course, it’s still possible that Exterior Ascenders will be added in the update, but were simply left out of the announcement blog. We’ll have to wait for Warzone Season 3 Reloaded to begin on May 1 to know for sure.
